“The Nutcracker” is a classical ballet that was originally choreographed by Marius Petipa and music set by the infamous Tchaikovsky. This classical ballet tells a story about a young girl named Clara who received a magical nutcracker doll as a Christmas gift by her Uncle Drosselmeyer. During the night, the magical doll comes to life, and Clara is faced with The villainous Mouse King in which she defeats with the help of The Nutcracker. Later on in the ballet, she is transported to The Land of The Sweets (her dream/imagination) where The Nutcracker transforms into a prince and they are greeted by The Sugar Plum Fairy and other enchanting characters that engage in many enchanting and whimsical dances. As the ballet ends, Clara awakens with only the memory of her magical adventures in The Land of The Sweets.
