Indian Seats Trail at Sawnee Mountain, Cumming, GA

Not far outside Atlanta is one of the most beautiful and popular hikes throughout the state. The Sawnee Mountain Preserve has around 11 miles of total hiking trails available, but the trail up to Indian Seats gives you a spectacular view with a 3.5-mile hike.

Mount Yonah Trail, Cleveland, GA

You may have seen pictures of Yonah Mountain without realizing it because this trail features some phenomenal views of the north Georgia landscape. It’s a rather short 2.1 miles but it does have significant elevation gain.
