The Butts County Superior Court is seeking a full-time Deputy Clerk I
The Deputy Clerk I position requires an administrative professional who works independently using sound judgement and discretion in the day to day performance of related job duties. Frequent interruptions contribute to the complexity of the position.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Process customer requests in person and over the phone.
- Assist in court proceedings
- Enter, Process and Maintain all documents related to real property in Butts County
- Enter and Maintain all civil and criminal matters in Butts CountyProcess notary applications
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Related court experience and knowledge of procedures related to Superior Court preferred
Starting annual salary is $31, 370
Employment is contingent upon a criminal background check and drug screen. Applications may be completed online.
