Community Center Has New Gym Floor
Built from the foundation up, the new 9,000 square-foot gym floor at the Alpharetta Community Center has been installed and is ready for game time. Well over 20,000 students and thousands of residents have enjoyed the gymnasium since the Alpharetta Community Center’s construction in 1997, but it was suffering from more than age and routine wear.

Now Is Peak Time For Collisions With Deer
November is mating season for whitetail deer in our part of the state, and the habitat provided by our creeks, streams, and forested areas makes Alpharetta one of the hottest places to be for eligible deer looking to make a love connection. Unfortunately, this is also the time when deer are most likely to be hit by motor vehicles.
