Every year, the Paulding Chamber of Commerce selects a Horizon Award recipient. According to the Chamber, the Horizon Award recipient is selected from among nominations of citizens that "demonstrate integrity and leadership among their peers and in the Paulding community, they are proven as an ideal mentor in preparing the leaders of tomorrow, and they actively exemplify a commitment to the future improvement of the community. “
During the Paulding Chamber of Commerce Gala on June 11, Hiram Public Works Superintendent Leo Parker was named as the 2021 Horizon Award recipient.
We are proud of Leo and humbled by his commitment to make everything better!
