Immediately following the parade at 11:00 AM, the celebration will continue at Roswell City Hall, 38 Hill Street, Roswell, GA 30075, with Farm Fall Days, Art Block, Touch-a-Truck and Food Truck Alley. This celebration will include a petting zoo, pumpkin patch, live entertainment and performances, special arts and crafts and more! Food and drinks will be available for purchase, guests are invited to park at City Hall to enjoy all of the activities throughout the campus.
All youth day activities will end by 3:00 PM.
The Youth Day celebration is a long-standing tradition in Roswell. Youth Day began in Roswell in 1950, when a group of parents decided to sponsor a parade and a day of activities to honor the youth of the city. In 1951, Mayor Ford Rucker proclaimed the second Saturday in October as "Roswell Youth Day," and each year the tradition grows stronger within the community.
