The City of Tallapoosa will hold a Special Election on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 to fill the vacancy in the office of City Council Post 2.
Voting on Election Day will be conducted at Tallapoosa City Hall located at 25 E. Alabama Street. Polls will be open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Advanced in person (early) voting will begin on Monday, February 27, 2023 and continue through Friday, March 17, 2023 beginning at 9:00 AM and ending at 5:00 PM on weekdays and also on Saturday, March 4th and Saturday, March 11th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Voting will be conducted each of these days at Tallapoosa City Hall located at 25 E. Alabama Street.
The last day to register to vote for this election or to request a change of electors address is Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
