Summer Survey

DCPL Resources Help with School and More!

DCPL's website provides access to numerous resources and databases to help your child or students with school or to just find something good to read! You can download books, audiobooks and comics on Overdrive/Libby and hoopla. You can stream movies on hoopla and Kanopy. Does your child need homework help? They can talk to a live tutor with HelpNow from Brainfuse.  All these resources and more are available 24/7 on dekalblibrary.org.

Decatur Book Festival

The Decatur Book Festival returns on Saturday, October 1 at First Baptist Church of Decatur, and will include a keynote the night before on September. 30. The event will highlight selected authors with new fall publications, featured in fifteen sessions presented in three tracks: adult fiction, adult non-fiction, and children and youth. Both DeKalb County Public Library and DeKalb Library Foundation support the Decatur Book Festival. 

DCPL's World Language Collection

Check out DCPL's new world language collection site where all our world language resources can be found on one page. You will find direct links to our catalog for our Chinese, French, Hindi and Spanish collections, as well as numerous online resources in 60+ languages. Click here to explore. 

New Website
