The Upson County Board of Commissioners (UCBOC) are pleased to announce the recent selection of Ashleigh Ruttinger to fill the position of Community Engagement Coordinator.
"After a thorough search, it is evident that Ashleigh's experiences and recent education would be a great asset to our departments" said County Manager Jason Tinsley.
Ashleigh is a newlywed and enjoying married life with her husband, Steven Ruttinger. She is also a 2022 honor graduate from the University of West Georgia. Upon graduation, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with her focus in Public Relations and Marketing.
While gaining her education, Ashleigh found her niche for social media marketing. She held several retail positions that led her to love interacting with people, and greatly revolved around creating content for social media accounts to best serve her employers and the community around her.
