This seems like a great place to take children. All the kids I saw here seemed to be having a grand time, even though some of the animals were sleeping or in their holes. I didn't have time to check out the hiking trails this time, but it's on my list now. Restrooms were fairly clean. The gift shop was small and did not seem overpriced. For a privately run park that relies on donations, this is a great place. We will be back to see more!

I love this place there is so much to do. The animals are a great as well as the wild life when trail walking. I am an sketch artist so the park brings our my creative style of thought. I drew a squirrel riding on a beaver as it fought a hamster on a turtle. The backdrop was the phone's bank by the walk way. The squirrel has his sword out as the hamster is in retreat towards the walk way as on lookers are feeding the fish. I will give this to my wife on her birthday, she collects my works for conversation when friends and family are at my home. Great park to check out!

I first came here about 24 years ago and returned in the last 5 or so, now I come back all the time to hike and say hi to the animals. A great place away from the big city so you can enjoy nature as it should be. They always keep the park clean and beautiful. Dogs are welcome (on the trails only) and it's great for bikes. I like keeping "my secret place" tucked away but I also can't help telling others they need to experience this as well!

Ran the huff n puff half marathon there. Great park, well groomed. Challenging rolling hills, some slippery spots with low grip so make sure you wear trail shoes. Great for mountain biking basics.

Great network of trails for hiking and biking. The nature center is very well maintained and there are campsites and pavilions that can be reserved
