North Gwinnett High School was founded in 1958. Since then, we have grown in many ways to become one of the leading schools in Gwinnett County and in Georgia. We currently serve approximately 2500 students with more coming each day, with an amazing staff of almost 250 personnel. We have almost 90 athletic teams, almost 60 clubs, and more awards than we can list (but we're trying). We recently added 25 new classrooms, a new theater and gym, and utilize some of the newest technology available throughout our school. Our course teams are considered a model for other schools in the County and State, and our academic results show the reasons why. The Fine Arts and Marketing Departments take competition to a completely different level, winning State accolades for their students' work.
