Discover the benchmark wines of Europe: from Sancerre to Chianti, Rioja to Burgundy. This course serves as an introduction to the major wine regions of France, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Germany and the concept of “terroir” or “somewhereness” that make “Old World” wines so iconic. This four-class course includes all coursework and up-to six wines per class. Prior 101 suggested but not required. All attendees receive 10% off all their purchases on date of class.
