The breakfast was great, the only downside is that the majority of the employees (morning shift) that come in contact with customers are not very friendly at all. While waiting on my order I noticed more then a few people were having to come inside because they were missing half of there meal. 😳 On the upside the dinning area was very clean, and there was not a long wait for my order. Just wish they could at least smile and say "have a nice day". Lol
Customer service isn't the greatest, but the food was pretty good and there were so few customers that the wait was very short. Building was nicely cleaned inside and out. Room for improvement, bit not horrible.
I love Hardee's biscuits! But, sometimes the cashiers could be more forthcoming with a welcome greeting. The tables should be washed more often, as well.
They wouldn't take out coupons. Said they stop serving breakfast at 10 but a sign says they serve breakfast all day.
I've visited this place several times. The quality of customer service, as far as their attitudes, vascilates from okay to great. They tend to make a large amount of errors, in general. Most of the time, you'll have to check and double check your bags. (true, never a bad idea, but here it is a necessity.)
